Recently, the core equipment of the drying and roasting system from Shandong Huayi Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. was officially sent to the project site in Jiangxi. This project adopts Huayi Engineering's latest generation technology, a more energy-efficient and high-performance 'large-scale intelligent rotary kiln pyrolysis and carbonization with fluidized bed drying technology equipment.' The delivery of this equipment not only marks another successful implementation of Huayi Engineering's industrial waste salt pyrolysis technology but will also inject strong momentum into regional green and low-carbon development.

The Jiangxi Industrial Waste Salt Resource Utilization Project uses the "pyrolysis, wet process, and ion membrane electrolysis" process to turn waste salt into a valuable resource, accelerating the green disposal of industrial solid waste and the development of a circular economy. The project relies on domestically leading drying and roasting technology and complete equipment to transform industrial waste salt into high value-added recycled products. With an annual waste salt disposal capacity of 400,000 tons, after commissioning, it will produce 207,200 tons of caustic soda, 160,000 tons of liquid chlorine, 100,000 tons of 31% hydrochloric acid, and other salt products such as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate per year, becoming a model in the industry for comprehensive, technologically-driven, high-value, environmentally-friendly utilization of waste salt resources.
