On March 28, Wanhua Haiyang Green Power Industrial Park held the inauguration of Phase I and the commencement ceremony of Phase II. At the ceremony, colorful flags flew, and construction vehicles were neatly lined up. With the press of the start-up button, it marked the entry of this provincial-level major project into a new stage of simultaneous production and expansion. Liao Zengtai, Party Secretary and Chairman of Wanhua Chemical Group; Kou Guangwu, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Wanhua Chemical Group; and Hua Weiqi, Executive Vice President of Wanhua Chemical Group, attended the event. Liu Jiaming, General Manager of Huayi Engineering, was invited to attend as a representative of an important partner, jointly witnessing this milestone moment in the new energy industry.
